Golden Plum with neon and white spots

Ok, forgive me for not having a very creative post title, but it is what it says! I wanted to try out one of my new polishes - Golden Plum polish by Sue Moxley, Famous and to jazz it up a bit I whipped out the old dotting tools.

Two coats of the Golden Plum shade, this is not a colour I would usually choose for myself, but I picked it up for my friend Nicole at Noir Lacquer in a swap and I liked the look of it so much that I went back and bought myself a bottle too. It is a great autumn colour, deep plum with threads of gold running lacing through it. The gold isn't as obvious on the nail as it is the bottle, but painted on, the polish does have a subtle beauty about it.

I then dotted Snow White by Models Own, waited for it to dry, then dotted Punki Pink by Nina Ultra Pro over the top just so the white is peaking through. Simple yet eye catching. I really like how this came out, the neon pink I think works well against the deep base. To finish I used Seche Vite quick dry top coat.
