A two purple zebra

Playing around with some more polishes from Nicole, a newer Zoya called Jem and a polish she sent me a while ago called Fashion Addict from Color Club. Jem being a deep shimmery plum and Fashion Addict being a light lilac. Here they are are on my nails, two coats of each and the zebra print from Konad plate M57. I stamped using Konad special polish in white and black.

I used Seche Vite to lock the pattern on, take a look at how gorgeous Zoya's Jem is, I just love the richness of this colour.

Finally my other half bought me some flowers, I love carnations, they are one of my fav flowers, they come in such a huge array of colours.

OPI for £3.56 - don't mind if I do!

I popped into my local Sally's to pick up a new bottle of Seche Vite and what caught my eyes.... some bottles of OPI nail polishes on sale. OPI for £3.56, yes please! This is what I picked up.

The OPI polishes I picked up were the Color To Watch:

Yodel Me On My Cell:

Finally Diva of Geneva:

I love finding bargains like these, the sales assistant told me these colours are being discontinued.  I am also terrible when I go shopping and only need one item and end up buying a few more bits! But these were so cheap it would have been rude not to grab some bottles. That is my excuse and I am sticking to it!

Ice creamed leopard

Two nail polishes I have in my collection which I haven't used in months are Barry M Berry Ice Cream and Lemon Ice Cream. Both are creme finishes, Berry is a light lilac colour whilst Lemon is a pastel yellow.

I painted two coats over my nails then used the leopard print stamp from Konad plate M57 and the special Konad polish in black.

I then finished with SV topcoat.

Ooooh I have ordered some Bundle Monster plates from Amazon, so hopefully they will arrive soon. I am really keen to try them out to see how they compare to Konad.

Models Own meets China Glaze

Hope everyone is having a good week so far?
Tonight I am off out to the theatre with my mum to do a review for work, the show is called The Naked Truth. I am looking forward to it.

At the moment I am wearing a China Glaze nail polish Cheers To You and Models Own glitter Juicy Jules as a top coat.

Glittery goodness! Here are the other polishes I used, two coats of Cheers To You, then two coats of Juicy Jules and finished off with Seche Vite top coat.

In the shade the Juicy Jules looks like a dull silver glitter, but when the light catches it the multi coloured particles looks awesome. The glitter had a slightly gritty texture but the top coat soon sorted that out. I much prefer to use a silver base coat and then the glitter on top rather than to use several glitter coats to build up a solid colour.
