Squeaky Clean

When I was on my friends hen do in Newquay I managed to fit in a quick shopping trip with a couple of the other girls. There were lots of one of quirky shops which had lots of trinkets and homey bits which I loved.
I then came across a brand I hadn't heard of before, Bomb Cosmetics in this shop on the high street. There was an offer on, any three soaps for £7, each chunk of soap was hefty so I thought this was a good deal. These are the three I picked up:

I love how all the soaps look, they all have some kind of cute design suspended in the middle. I think there were more beautiful colours and patterns, but these three soaps were the ones which I loved the smell of the most.
I chose Berry The Hatchet, Dark Pleasures and Crystal Waters, I even love the name of these soaps. Each chunk is 100g.

A closer look at each soap:

Berry The Hatchet:

I love the smell of this one, it is so juicy, kind of like those sweets opal fruits (or star burst as they are now called). When I first saw this one on the stand I thought it would smell of lavender simply because of the colour, so I was very surprised to get this strong fruity scent.

Next up is Dark Pleasures:

This is such a soothing, comforting scent, it reminds me of having a bath with the radox original bubble bath. I feel like this would be a great winter soap, whereas Berry The Hatchet is light and fruity in comparison, could for a pick-me-up. Dark Pleasures is a deep, warm cosy scent. Once lathered up I found the smell became more intense.

Finally, Crystal Waters:

This soap reminds me of mens shower gel, it smells fresh without being overpowering. Sometimes it is nice to have a plain and simple just clean smelling soap rather than over the top sweet smell.

The soaps lather up really well which I love, I really want to try out more of Bomb Cosmetic's products. I have not seen anywhere near my home that sells it, so I will have to order a batch from their website when these three are finished. I had a gander at their website earlier and I love the look of the bath tulips and bath mallows.
Have you ever tried any products from this brand before?

  1. Aw I was really hoping the Dark Pleasures would be a chocolate scent (it sounds like a dark chocolate bar!)

I just looked at their website, so much yummy things. Think I may have found a cheaper and yummier solution to Lush! Thanks for the heads up x
